This product is covered by a 12 month warranty. Please retain proof of purchase.

Warranty will be void if there is any damage due to improper usage or modification to the product.

Installation requirements

•
This product is a DIY (do it yourself) product, no electrical wiring connection or disconnection is required.
If unsure, please contact a licensed electrician.

The maximum weight of the pendant (not included) to be suspended from the hook is 3kg.
•
Select a suitable location for installation;
- This product is suitable for indoor use only.
- The mounting point must support 2 times the weight of the pendant fitting to be suspended.
- Ensure the product is not installed next to any air vents and is not in any moist or damp areas.
•
Lay out all the components on a smooth surface and make sure there are no components missing before
assembling. If parts are missing, return the complete product to the place of purchase for inspection or replacement.
•
Check whether the product has been damaged during transport. Do not operate/install any product which appears
damaged in any way. Return the complete product to the place of purchase for inspection, repair or replacement.
•
Ensure power to the pendant you are working on has been switched OFF before commencing any electrical work.

Installation directions

1. Remove all packaging material from the product.
2. Loosen the hook section (D) from the mounting bracket (B).
3. Use the mounting bracket (B) as a template to mark the screw positions on the ceiling.
4. Install the mounting bracket (B) onto the ceiling by using an appropriately sized mounting screw (C) and anchor (A).
Ensure the screw (C) and anchor (A) used are suitable for the mounting surface.
5. Install the hook section (D) back onto the mounting bracket (B).
6. Loosen the cord anchorage screw (F).
7. Hang the cord (E) from the pendant (not included) through the hook section (D) and tighten the cord anchorage
screw (F) to hold the cord (E) in place. Take care not to over tighten and damage the cord.
