Full Height Module Rack
The GoFlight Full Height Module Rack (GF-AC) is a sturdy metal enclosure for housing GoFlight
Cockpit Control System modules. The GF-AC rack can be used in a stand alone fashion, Or it can be
mounted to either side of the GoFlight GF-FDC (Flight Deck Console) as part of a enhanced set of
GoFlight functionality. In either case, up to 7 modules can be installed in the GF-AC console.
Your GF-AC module rack kit contains the following pieces:
Quantity Description
1 Rack top rail – A
1 Rack panel, left side - B
1 Rack panel, right side - C
1 Rack panel, bottom – D
4 Adhesive rubber feet
9 8-32 x 3/8" hex cap screws. (8 are needed for
assembly -- one extra is provided)
2 8/32 x 1/2" hex cap screws with nuts (required
for side-mount option)
1 3/32" hex key
Note – the applicable Part Designation (A-D) will need to be added to all of the
graphic images in this document.

AUXILIARY CONSOLE (AC) STAND-ALONE ASSEMBLY

1. Unpack the left, right, and bottom rack panels and the
top rail. Arrange the pieces on a non-scratching work
surface, as shown in the diagram to the right.
2. Note that the bottom panel (D) has one side that is
completely flat (the FLAT side) while the other side has
threaded fasteners which extend about 1/8" above the
surface of the panel.
