Lighting Conditions The lighting system (natural and/or artificial) in the area where the X350 is configured and used must meet the following minimum lighting values: 200 lux. Electrical Connection Guidelines Maneuvering Spaces: Ensure the system's connection to the electrical power supply line is organized to prevent interference with user maneuvering spaces.

    X350 USER MANUAL LOADING MATERIAL Install a roll onto the unwinder. User the ruler to align the roll on the mandrel. Typically the roll is centered on the mandrel, but can be placed in any location. On the touch screen, go to Maintenance and then PLC. Scroll down and press Air in the Unwinder section.
  • Page 47 X350 USER MANUAL Route the material through the printer. Install an empty core on the rewind mandrel. Place it in the same location as the rewind roll. Once in place, go back to the touch screen, maintenance window, PLC and press Air in the Rewinder section.

You can verify the correct position of the material by measuring the distance between the back plate and the edge of the material. Next, raise the platen back into position. Move the guides back into place and install the thumb screws.

    X350 USER MANUAL SUBMITTING A PRINT JOB Ripping Image Install USB drive in the front USB connection that contains the print file. On the RIP tab, select Upload PDF files via File Browser. Browse to the USB drive and select the file.

The unit has to be shut down, then perform the resolution steps and reinitialize. • DeprimedIdle: the print module is in functional state, but the printhead is not filled with ink. Printing will not be possible in this state.

    X350 USER MANUAL Job Library The job library stores the print jobs that have been previously generated. When a job is submitted from the RIP, a copy of the job will be automatically saved to the job library’s root directory.

    X350 USER MANUAL Signing in To have access to the maintenance features, the user must sign in with the role he has access to. The sign in process requires a username and a password. The default password matches the username for the operator and admin users.

CAUTION: To avoid contamination, wear new, powder-free, nitrile gloves before starting this procedure. 1. Verify that the Printhead Cradle is in the RAISE position before beginning this procedure.

Keep the red protective case and fluidic coupling covers for storage and shipping.
