AIR LIQUIDE COMMITMENTS 2.1 Conformity Air Liquide certifies that this equipment is manufactured, tested and controlled, in accordance with the technical specifications described in the AIR LIQUIDE specifications. This equipment is subject to specific cleaning procedures (grease & oils removal) to allow use under “oxygen service”.

    Equipment is inspected and has undergone a certified helium leak test prior to packing and dispatch. 2.4 Warranty The warranty period for equipment supplied by AIR LIQUIDE is one year, covering faulty material or workmanship during manufacture. The warranty does not cover packing and return transport costs.

    Connect the panel to the pipeline. Loosen the regulator handwheel. Slowly open the shut-off valve and control the sealing of the assembly using a leak detector, “Mille bulles” type of AIR LIQUIDE. 4. USAGE 4.1 Activation Slowly open the shut-off valve and adjust the outlet pressure with the handwheel.

    4. PUTTING INTO OPERATION All parts (for example, your hands), tools and all surfaces of the equipment coming into contact with compressed oxygen must be free of any oils and greases. Before starting the work it is necessary to study properly these instructions, during the realisation of the work it is necessary to proceed in accordance to this one.

    5. CLOSING DOWN 5.1 Short-term break Close the ball valve on the point of use and then the closing valve on the downstream device. 5.2 Long-term break Close the ball valve, unscrew the pressure adjusting screw and then close the closing valve on the downstream device.

    Failures can result from a number of causes, in the interest of your own safety prevent the regulator valve from being handled by unskilled and unauthorised persons and protect it from any unauthorised interventions. 7.
