5. SETTING IT UP 1. Use the adhesive layer on the light strip to fasten it on a clean, dry, and flat surface. 2. Attach the correct AC plug for your region to the power adapter, then connect it to the light strip's power port and plug it into a power outlet.
3. Strap the cables as needed using the cable tie to organize your setup. 6. CUSTOMIZING THE LIGHTING A. VIA MOBILE DEVICE USING THE RAZER GAMER ROOM APP (REQUIRED) 1. Download the Razer Gamer Room app on your mobile device.

3. On Razer Synapse, click Add WiFi Device, choose Gamer Room Devices, select your device, and follow the onscreen instructions. Razer Synapse 4. You can now customize the Razer Aether Light Strip using Razer Synapse. REACTIVATING PAIRING MODE Pairing mode is required when setting up the light strip from the Razer Gamer Room app. When unpaired, the light strip enters pairing mode upon power on. If left unpaired for 5 minutes, pairing mode will deactivate, and the status indicator will turn yellow.

Press and hold This function is only available when the Razer Gamer Room app controls the light strip. RESETTING TO FACTORY SETTINGS Once connected, a reset is required to connect the light strip to a new device. 1. Switch off the power supply of the light strip.

SYNAPSE TAB The Synapse tab is your default tab when you first launch Razer Synapse. This tab allows you to navigate the Dashboard subtab. Dashboard The Dashboard subtab is an overview of your Razer Synapse, where you can access all your Razer devices, hardware recommendations, modules, and online services.

Gamer Room Use the Gamer Room subtab to manage which devices are directly controlled by Razer Synapse and the Razer Gamer Room app. You can power on or off any Razer Gamer Room device using the Power on/off button ( ) or switch app control by clicking on any device and toggling Synapse Override.

GAMER ROOM TAB The Gamer Room tab is the main tab for your Razer Aether Light Strip. From here, you can customize your device's settings to unleash its full potential. Changes made under this tab are automatically saved to your system and cloud storage.

Removing a device Remove a Razer device from your setup by hovering the cursor on its image and clicking the Remove button ( Once removed, you must add the device again on Razer Synapse. Device layout Determine the current layout of the light strip in your physical setup and the number of LEDs on each bend (if applicable) to customize the light strip's lighting effect in detail using the Chroma Studio module.

PROFILES TAB The Profiles tab is a convenient way to manage all your profiles and link them to your games and applications. Devices View which games are linked to each device's profiles or which Chroma Effect is linked to specific games using the Devices subtab.
