NOTE: Ozone is a byproduct of any ionization process. When installed and operated in accordance with manufacturer instructions, the Bioclimatic system will not generate ozone in excess of the standards specified by OSHA and FDA. Under normal operating conditions, there will not be measurable levels of ozone. -

See Appendices for duct cut-outs. NOTE: Airborne particulates will not be removed from the air with the Bioclimatic generator ActiveOx D Series. Proper filtration is required to remove airborne particulates. B.A.S. systems are compatible with most types of mechanical filtration systems. At minimum, MERV 8 rated prefilter is required. -

Installation, Operation & Maintenance Guide Bioclimatic ActiveOx D Series 05 MAINTENANCE Maintenance is typically not required. B.A.S. recommends semi-annual inspections to be sure the modules are free of debris. As a best practice, the modules can be cleaned using a compressed gas duster (as used to clean electronic equipment) or a cotton swab or small soft brush (similar to an artist brush). -
