  • Page 11 4-B) Install the main beams onto the end beams. 4-C) Using the 1/2” hardware, lightly bolt the cross beam into place. These bolts require a washer under both sides of the connection. Don’t fully tighten or torque these bolts until after the H-Frames are installed.

  • Page 13 5-C) Slide in the Ø1” - 4” long pin through to H-frames and beam. The welded tab should face the outside of the lift. A rubber mallet may be used to tap the pin through. Use the button head bolts and lock washers to secure the pin assemblies to the H-Frame assembly.
  • Page 14 Step 6: Step 6: Install Cylinder (Item 4) Hardware required: • 2x 3 3/4” Pin Assemblies • 2x 3/8”-16 - 1/2” Long Button • 2x 3/8” Lock Washer Head Bolts • 8x Plastic Wear Washers 6-A) Route the cylinder hoses under the front H-frame as shown below. Make sure the hydraulic ttings on the cylinder body are facing down.
  • Page 15 6-B) Apply marine grease to the pins. 6-C) Use the pin assemblies to attach the hydraulic cylinders to the H-Frames. Use the plastic washers to space the cylinders from inside face of the aluminum lugs. Use the button head bolts and lock washers to secure the pin assemblies.
  • Page 16 7-A) Ensure bunk spacers and pin bushings are installed correctly in the H-frames or range extenders. 7-B) Place bunks on H-Frame assemblies. It may be easier to install bunks while the H-frames are in the down position. 7-C) Apply marine grease to the bunk pins. Install bunk pins to secure bunks to H-Frame. Use cotter pins and at washer to secure bunk pins.

  • Page 19 Step 9: Step 9: Connect Power Pack (Item 16) 9-A) Connect quick-connect hydraulic ttings to power pack. Use a 3/4” wrench to hold the tting and 1-1/4” wrench to tighten the quick connect. Note: If quick-connects are di cult to connect , relieve some pressure by pressing the male end on a hard surface.

    Verify Assembly CAUTION! Check that all bolts have been tightened and cotter pins bent. Be careful when working around hydraulics and battery, wear eye protection. WARNING! Check that the hydraulic hose is routed under the main beam and that there are no pinch points.
  • Page 21 To launch your lift, roll your lift if wheel kits are included or oat your lift to the installation location. To oat install your lift, 250 lb oatation bags should be attached to the front and rear H-Frames of the lift. A certi ed diver may be required for this type of installation depending on depth. Prior to launch, the legs should be bolted at their lowest height, the power pack should be disconnected, and the lift lowered.

    REMOTE CONTROL AND CONTROLLER Your Paradise Hydraulic Boatlift comes with a remote controller which is shown to the right. The operation of the remote controller is described below: Start Button: Starts the lift session, this must be pressed prior to actuating the lift, after the stop button is pressed or after 5 mins has elapsed since the controller was used.

Items covered include wheel kits, plastic wheels/tires, benches (except cedar boards), bumpers, dock stairs, ladders, dock furniture/tables, kayak/canoe rack/ agpole, shore-end ramps (except cedar boards), support poles, poly decking, hammocks, guide-ons, bow-stops, canopies, walkways and powerpack brackets.
