Some games software does not support USB. In this case, instead of using the USB connection, connect Input 1 or 2 on the rear of right speaker to the audio output jack on your computer using a 3.5 mm stereo mini plug cable, and specify your card type.
Turn off the power to the speakers, remove the USB cable, then turn on the power to the speaker again. If the USB Driver is still not recognized, re-install it. Insert the AC adaptor firmly into the AC outlet.
