    Only one 220 VAC 63 A adapter is included in delivery when you order a PowerCase. You can get an additional cable by contacting TYVA Energie’s support. The PowerCase’s specific operating temperatures must be respected. It can only be used in a - 10 °C to + 40 °C temperature range.

    You can access to the detail of the errors’ diagnosis detected by the PowerCase’s protection system. This is possible using the TYVA Smart Dashboard app where notifications appear in the “Alerts” tab to signal a problem inside the system.   • Page 16 The “UnderVoltage” error means that the battery will not discharge lower than the minimum voltage threshold defined by the “under_voltage_threshold” setting.   • Page 17 The “AfeIssue” error is a BMS internal error. This error is detected if the cell voltages or temperature values cannot be read.
