    HOW TO USE THE TREADMILL CONNECTING THE POWER CORD Use a Surge Suppressor The treadmill can be damaged by sudden voltage changes in your home's power. Voltage surges, spikes, and noise interference can result from weather conditions or other appliances being turned on or off.

  • Page 13 CONNECTING TO WIFI The following steps will guide you through how to connect your treadmill to WiFi. 1. On the home page, touch the WiFi icon. 2. Ensure the WiFi is enabled 3. Select the WiFi network from the available network list. 4.
  • Page 14 USING THE TREADMILL HANDGRIP HEART RATE MONITOR The treadmill has built in handgrip heart rate monitors so please ensure to remove the protective plastic from the handgrips before use. For the most accurate heart rate reading, hold onto the handrails and avoid movement for 15 seconds or more.

    HOW TO MOVE THE TREADMILL Warning: Two persons are required to move the treadmill. 1. Ensure the treadmill on level ground. 2. When handling, lift the end of the treadmill and then use the treadmill roller at the front to slowly move the treadmill. 3.
  • Page 16 To add lubrication to the running belt, remove the lubrication cover (36) and add 15ml of silicon lubricant per side. Turn the treadmill on using easy start mode and let it run for 10 mins at 12 km/h. Repeat the process until there is an even film of lubricant on the running belt. IMPORTANT : Excessive lubrication might result in the running belt or transition belts slipping and loss of drive.
