It is measured from the tip of the bow to the transom at the centerline of the boat. Does the weight measurement include engines?   • Page 30 REFUELING MANAGEMENT Vapor Space (Ullage) And Refueling Management Another fuel system necessity to remain EPA compliant is to keep elevated temperature gasoline from expanding into fuel areas that are not low permeation rated or otherwise sensitive to raw fuel.
