Drawer Assembly Chest Assembly Apply glue to the sides as shown. Apply glue to the right and left sides as well as the partition groove in the front rail. Install the drawer front and drawer back. Make sure the drawer bottom grooves are in alignment. Make sure you DO NOT get any glue inside the plunger pin pocket shown here. - Page 4 Drill all the hardware screw holes with a 3/32’’ drill bit (excluding the top lid tack). OPTIONAL: Gerstner typically rounds over exterior edges to soften the feel of the product. This can be achieved with a 3/16" roundover bit.
