How to assemble your lamp

No Tools Required

Step 1:

(Table lamb and Floor lamb steps are the same except where noted)

After installing a light bulb, lower the lamp shade over the support frame.
1.2 ** For Large and Medium Floor Lamps only:
With your free hand, slide the centering cleat up the lamp shaft.

PLEASE REMOVE LAMP FROM BAG BEFORE USE.

Important Safety Instructions

This lamp has a polarized plug, (one blade is wider than the other), as a
feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized plug
outlet one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it
still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension
cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.

Step 2

** For Large and Medium Floor Lamps only:
Pivot the shade to the left while you angle the centering cleat through the
opening of the shade.
