Page 6 • The power supply cord must be replaced if it fails reset when either the TEST button is pushed or it cannot be reset. A new one can be obtained from Durastar. • If the power supply cord is damaged, it cannot be repaired. It MUST be replaced by one obtained from Durastar.

See the following diagram and table for the configuration and function of each Dip Switch position. Carefully adjust the Dip Switch positions to the desired configuration settings. For a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase, Durastar will repair or replace, free of charge (including labor), any Product or parts that fail due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
