CAUTIONS
Do not use sauce, vinegar, ketchup, salt, sugar, oil,
butter, or spices with water to cook rice. These additives
often spoil cooked rice in few hours.
IF THE RICE SMELLS BAD,
the cause could be one of the following reasons.

Cold, Pre-cooked rice is reheated.
2
The Outer Lid is not closed properly.
3
The electric power supply is intermittent.
4
The rice is kept warm over 8 hours.

A Spatula or other foreign material is left in the Inner Pan while the Rice

Cooker is in use.

Inner Lid and Inner Pan are not clean.

Possible mechanical or electrical malfunction which causes an extraordinary

low temperature.
THE RICE SHOWS YELLOWING, IF;
The rice is kept warm over 8 hours.

Possible mechanical or electrical malfunction causes an extraordinary high

temperature.
In either case, do not eat or serve the spoiled rice.
Empty, clean, and dry the Inner Lid and Inner Pan thoroughly before you use the
cooker again.
