Collegate, dopo averla orientata, l’asta al gruppo motore, inserendola completamente nel foro campana frizione fino a battuta.

    ISTRUZIONI PER L’USO DEL DECESPUGLIATORE 4 USO DELLA MACCHINA 4.1 Prima dell’avviamento Prima di avviare la macchina, assicuratevi che essa sia appoggiata con cura su un fondo piano, pulito, privo di ostacoli. Ponetela in posizione orizzontale, ed in modo tale che l’attrezzo di taglio non tocchi né il suolo né alcun altro oggetto. Assicuratevi che tutte le viti, soprattutto quelle di fissaggio asta, riparo e organo di taglio siano perfettamente serrate.

    ISTRUZIONI PER L’USO DEL DECESPUGLIATORE 4.3 Avviamento del motore Per avviare il motore portate il pulsante di stop presente sulla manopola in posizione START, impugnate il decespugliatore con la mano sinistra premendo sull’asta di trasmissione per tenerla ben ferma a terra (Fig. 16) e seguite la procedura di avviamento riportata sul manuale uso e manutenzione motori Kawasaki fornito.

Always wear a helmet, ear protectors and protective goggles during operation. Always wear safety shoes and gloves. Never move your hands or feet near the moving parts and always stand back from the cutting element, which will continue rotating even after the engine has been switched off.

  • Page 21 INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USE OF THE BRUSHCUTTER ASSEMBLY Make sure that all parts have been assembled correctly before starting to work. Models with rigid shaft Rod-engine: (Fig. 3). After orienting the rod, connect it to the engine by inserting it in the hole in the clutch case. At this point, lock the rod in place in such way that it cannot be removed from the engine and screw down the two screws in the jaws.

The guard (C) for cutting tool is fixed next to the gear head (A) through the appropriate support supplied (B). The fixed distance of the shelter from the cutter, in accordance with CE regulations, is ensured by fixing the guard to the shaft with the M5x14 screw supplied (Part D).

  • Page 25 INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USE OF THE BRUSHCUTTER USE OF THE MACHINE Before starting Before starting the machine, make sure that it has been carefully positioned on a flat, clean surface free from obstacles. Then set it up in horizontal position in such way that the cutting tool does not touch the soil or any other object. Make sure that all the screws, especially the fixing screws for the rod, safety guard, and cutting organ are well tightened.
  • Page 26 INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USE OF THE BRUSHCUTTER Engine starting To start the engine, move the stop button on the knob to the START position, grip the brush cutter with the left hand pressing on the transmission shaft to keep it firmly on the ground (Fig. 16) and follow the starting procedure listed in the KAWASAKI or HONDA engine user manual provided.
  • Page 27 INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USE OF THE BRUSHCUTTER The brushcutter transmits vibrations produced by the operation of the single-cylinder explosion engine to the operator that can be rather exhausting after prolonged use. For this reason, we recommend making regular pauses during work. To overcome this inconvenience, the machine is equipped with a vibration-damping device rubber (in the area of connection engine / shaft) designed to limit the level of vibration transmitted to the operator.
