Use only original equipment or equivalent parts • highly reactive property which makes MEKP from GlasCraft in the catalyst system (i.e.: hoses, 昀椀t- valuable to the plastics industry in producing the tings, etc.) because a hazardous chemical reaction curing reaction of polyester resins and gel-coats may result between substituted parts and MEKP.
Grounding This equipment needs to be grounded. Ground the dispense gun through connection to an GlasCraft approved grounded 昀氀uid supply hose. Check your local electrical code and related manuals for detailed grounding instructions of all equipment in the work area.
Set-Up The Spartan 3 comes complete and 昀椀tted with all resin hoses, catalyst bottle and 昀椀lters. The injection head is fully connected to the machine circuit and tested and secured against leaks prior to dispatch. The following instructions are to be used as a guide for consistent and continual operation.
