The Q-Series features an easy-to-use LCD display and LED lights. An optional Remote Power Management device (NetAgent™) allows the system to be remotely monitored and controlled. For warranty and customer service information for this product, please refer to Contacting Power Innovations at the back of this manual.
All maintenance must be performed by a service technician who has completed a service-level training course on the Q-Series system offered through Power Innovations. During the training course, a separate manual is provided to the service technician to use when maintaining the unit. For more information about becoming a certified service technician, contact Power Innovations International, Inc.

Revision 3/24/19 MNL195-1.2 2—System Features 2.1—Description The Q-Series system prevents power loss events and equipment wear caused by spikes, sags, and other irregularities in AC power supply through power conditioning. The system provides a source of clean, efficient backup battery power to keep equipment operating smoothly and consistently even during power outages.
Revision 3/24/19 MNL195-1.2 2.3—Efficiency Optimizer Function The Efficiency Optimizer Function is a feature for the Q-Series that minimizes power loss, reduces power consumption, and adds cost effectiveness by saving on energy. Alternating between bypass and on-line modes is achieved automatically and in accordance with the conditions of the utility power. On-line mode may be used during times of intermittent power supply, and when power flows smoothly bypass mode may be used to obtain greatest efficiency.
