The A1 tag is programmable and upgradable over the air. The A1 tag uses the BLE network to send data to the controlling server. In addition to beaconing, the tag also scans for signals for cases where people or assets can be associated to each other.

• Supported protocols: CISCO LTX, iBeacon, and Eddystone • Cleaning: Use CaviCide solution or wipes to clean and sterilize. (We do not recommend Virex TB. Long-term use can damage the enclosure.) Note: For detailed specifications, see the A1 BLE tag datasheet. LINK...
A1 Deactivation The A1 tag deactivates automatically after 15 minutes when it is not in motion nor close to another tag or gateway. To deactivate it manually: 1. Press and hold the button for at least six seconds until the LED flashes twice.
Battery Replacement 1. Gently pry open the enclosure and separate the printed circuit board (PCB) from the clam shell. Notes: • Ensure you are well grounded before touching any components on the printed circuit board (PCB). • To prevent damage, do not insert a prying object in the humidity sensor slot.
