* Manual Download(Model Name and Serial Number)
If the TV set is downloaded by OTA or Service man, sometimes
model name or serial number is initialized.(Not always)
There is impossible to download by bar code scan, so It need
Manual download.
1) Press the "Instart" key of Adjustment remote control.
2) Go to the menu "6.Model Number D/L" like below photo.
3) Input the Factory model name or Serial number and then
press 'OK' key.
4) Enter 'IN START' mode again by pressing 'IN START' key.
4) Check the model name → Factory name will be displayed.
5) Check the Product/Service info..(Menu key → Red key →
Select product/Service info) → Buyer model displayed.
4.3.4. Outgoing condition Configuration
■ After pressing IN-STOP key of Service remote control, the
TV automatically turns off.
(Must not AC power OFF before turning red LED on)
4.4 Battery Test
■ Insert testing Battery.
■ Enter 'IN START' mode again by pressing 'IN START' key.
■ Check the Charge Status is 'ON'.
■ Remove Power cord(AC off).
■ Check the TV Set is Still Power on.
4.5 Hi-Pot Test
Confirm whether is normal or not when between power
board's ac block and external interface signal line is impacted
on 3000Vac/100mA/1min (OQA) or 3000 Vac / 100 mA / 1 sec
(MP).
