3.2 Intended Use The Motul BioClean parts washer is used for the efficient and environmentally friendly cleaning of work pieces that are soiled with oil and grease using only the Motul BioClean liquid (Art. No. 110903, 20 liter jerry can).

Operating Instructions Motul BioClean Parts Washer – English 7. Maintenance Warning! Before beginning to work on fixtures, make sure that there is no electrical current. Pull the plug from the mains! Check that the unit has no current! For maintenance purposes the table can be opened sideways.
Page 15 Filters The Motul BioClean parts washer is equipped with three-part filtration system: a coarse filter on the surface of the sink, underneath a mesh filter for finer material or other impurities and then a magnet. It is recommended to clean these filters and the magnet outside the parts washer daily.

Cleaning of the parts takes place with an alkalescent, biodegradable, non-toxic cleaning agent in a warm aqueous solution. Used Motul BioClean liquid can usually be added to your other oil-water waste (such as water soluble cutting fluids) for disposal. Taking into account local regulations, residual liquid can be supplied to a purification plant.
