Cleaning exhaust port
When cleaning, take care not to scratch the
inner wall of the port.
(2)
Measuring wear on the cylinder wall
Using a cylinder gauge or inside micrometer,
measure the amount of wear on the cylinder
wall.
Measurements should be made at six places,
that is, at three depths, A, B and C, and in the
directions of a and b, as shown.
-Wear Limit: -
Max. difference between measurements
at A, B and C should be 0.15 mm (0.006
in) or less.
