and GPS is approximate and cannot be used for purposes where a
high level of reliability is required. Be aware that the company shall
not be liable whatsoever for any damages or lost profits that may
occur from discrepancies in locationing.
• The company shall not be liable whatsoever for any damages or lost
profits due to misoperation, etc. from any combination with devices
or software with which the company is not affiliated.
• Image data, downloaded data, etc. may be altered or lost through
malfunction, repair, or other handling of the tablet, however, the
company shall not be liable whatsoever for any damages or lost
profits due to restoration of such data.
• It is recommended that you back up important data to a computer
hard disc. The company shall not be liable in the event that any
saved information that is altered/lost, regardless of the cause of the
malfunction or failure.
• Contacts, images/photos, and other data saved on the tablet can be
altered/lost through accident, malfunction/repair, or other handling.
Be sure to keep a copy yourself of important information. Be aware
that the company shall not be liable whatsoever for any damages or
lost profits in the event that information is altered/lost.
• Please also be aware that contents data saved on the tablet
(regardless of if paid or non-paid) cannot be transferred when
exchanging tablets due to malfunction repair.
• The tablet uses liquid crystal in its display. Display response may be
