The setting button at the upper section of the con-
trol panel will allow you to use any of the
6 different power levels.
The following table contains some sample meals
and corresponding power levels to cook them in
the microwave oven.
Power Level Usage
High 700 W - Boiling water
- Minced meat
- Cooking chicken/turkey, fish and
vegetables
- Cooking thin sliced meat
M e d i u m - H i g h - Reheating all sorts of food
600 W - Cooking meat and poultry
- Cooking mushroom
- Cooking foods that contain
cheese or egg
Medium - Cooking cakes and pastries
460 W - Cooking eggs (not in the shell)

M e d i u m - L o w - Melting butter and chocolate

- Thawing frozen food

Low - Softening butter and cheese
