Cleaning & Charging
Before returning Ring Cutter to
the case, clean Finger Guard

groove with the provided
cleaning tool.
Wipe the device clean with 70% isopropyl alcohol

or 0.5% accelerated hydrogen peroxide wipes.
After cleaning, plug-in Ring

Cutter and charge for next use.
Troubleshooting & Indicators
• DO NOT force the cutting disc into
the ring. Allow the Ring Cutter to
cut automatically.
• Avoid excessive motion during
cutting.
• DO NOT use Open/Close Buttons
during cutting.
Amber lights indicate improper use. If amber lights
flash, pause cutting and resolve the issue. The Ring Cutter
will stop cutting for 10 seconds if improper use continues.

Cutting can resume after amber lights have cleared.

Examples of improper use:
• Insufficient lubrication
• Moving or maneuvering the Ring Cutter during cutting
• Forcing the cutting disc into the ring
Improper Use
(flashing amber)
The Status Light displays the state of the
Ring Cutter:
» Ring Cutter is ready for use
» Improper use (see above)
When the battery level becomes
critically low, the device will disable
» Apply lubrication
the Trigger, but will still allow the
Open/Close Buttons to operate.
»Critical battery (plug-in)
Plug the device in to immediately
enable the Trigger.
