[CD mechanism section]
1) How to detach the tray
1. From the rear side of the CD
mechanism,
use a screw driver or the like to turn the friction arm (@)
fully counterclockwise.
2. Remove
the
two
bracket
attachment
screws(@).
3. Remove the tray in the arrow direction(@).

2) How to attach the tray
1. Check to make sure the rollers on each side
(two rollers) have not come off. Move the friction gear
by hand
in the direction of arrow(@), align the
groove on the rear side of the slide tray with the
friction gear shaft and insert the slide tray.
2. Align the grooves on both sides of the slide tray
with the main chassis' guides(@) and insert the
slide tray as far back as it will go.
3. Attach the brackets on both sides(two brackets).
