TROUBLESHOOTING
1, Ensure that the Bluetooth feature (Headset Profile HSP), Hands Free Profile (HFP), Advanced Audio
Distribution Profile (A2DP), and Audio Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP) are activated on
your devices.
2. If the speakers are disconnected or are not in pairing mode, you will see the blue light flash rapidly
4 times. Please tum off your speakers and try to re-connect with your compatible device.
3. If the volume is on the maximum or minimum level, you will hear 3 beeps.
4. Please always use the Left and Right speakers together and charge when not in use.
5. The communication range between the Left and Right speakers is within 3 meters optimal condition
for stereo sound.
6. Check that the Left speaker is within 33 feet (10m) from your Bluetooth device and that there are
no obstructions between the Left and Right speakers or between the speakers and the Bluetooth
device, such as walls or other electronic devices.
