Below are some helpful maintenance tips and
operational instructions to ensure you get the most
from your cabinet and can care for it well!
For the best performance your cabinet should be positioned on a
flat, level surface in an area which avoids direct sunlight. This
avoids overheating issues and increases reliability.
There should be a 5cm gap between the rear/sides of the cabinet
and the grille must remain unobstructed to allow for adequate
airflow.
The cabinet will function inefficiently in a room with an ambient
temperature above 35˚C
The cabinet should be left to stand for 12 hours before being plugged in for the first time.
The cabinet should be plugged into a suitable 13-amp electrical supply. It should be plugged
directly into the mains supply socket and

    Temperature Adjustment • The thermostat is located on the grille at the bottom front of the cabinet and can be set using the following instructions: Hold UP or DOWN until set point begins to flash. Press UP/DOWN to select the desired temperature. Leave the controller to timeout and the setting will be saved.

This line indicates the maximum height of products that the cabinet can maintain the temperature of. Above the line the temperature inside the cabinet is too high to maintain the temperature of products, and exceeding it can cause the products to melt.

    If the cabinet is plugged into an extension lead, unplug it and plug directly into the mains supply.
