Installing a Rear I/O Module Install a Rear I/O Module as follows: On the frame, determine the slot in which the 9363 is to be installed. In the mounting area corresponding to the slot location, install Rear I/O Module as shown in Figure 2-2.

Cards with many heat-producing components should be arranged to avoid areas of excess heat build-up, particularly in frames using only convection cooling.
