TROUBLESHOOTING
Grease gun pumps little or no grease.
Excessive grease leaking past the follower.
If the gun still doesn't operate.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted,
taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product
becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and
dispose of the product and fluids according to local regulations.

Barrel not completely tightened.
Air Pockets are trapped in grease.
Blocked grease gun extension.
Grease too thick or cold.
Follower is damaged.

Tighten the barrel completely.
Remove air pocket by referring to
"Removing trapped air" section.
Remove the extension and operate the
grease gun. If the gun
Dispenses grease then the gun is fine.
Clean or replace the extension.
Store grease gun and grease away from
extreme cold or use thinner
Grease.
Replace the grease gun.
Contact nearest authorized service dealer.
