Thank you for purchasing the PAP Clean Portable CPAP Cleaning System The entire portable, care-free and dry process requires no water, soap or detergents to clean. You can clean and deodorize all your CPAP related accessories including your mask, tubing and water humidifier chamber through a stream of controlled ozone. - Page 3 Mode Button Tubing Port Charging the Battery The PAP Clean Portable CPAP Cleaner includes a rechargeable battery. To charge it, connect the device as shown below. Connect the USB cable to the charging block and plug into a power outlet.
- Page 4 Before you begin... 1) Do not attempt to clean CPAP device, only Humidifier Tub, Tubing and CPAP Mask WARNING: Never breathe in or ingest ozone Separate Tubing & Humidifier Chamber/Tub 2) Disconnect CPAP Tubing from PAP Therapy Device 3) Remove Humidifier Chamber/Tub from PAP Device.
- Page 5 Empty Humidifier Chamber/Tub 4) Thoroughly remove all water from the Humidifier Chamber/Tub. 5) Hold the Cleaning Bag as shown, with open zipper on the left and the Velcro strap on the right. Place the empty Humidifier Chamber/Tub in Cleaning Bag, towards the left side.
- Page 6 Place PAP Mask & Tube in Cleaning Bag 6) Place CPAP Mask and connected tube inside the bag. You only need a few inches of CPAP Tube inside the bag. 7) Zip the bag closed from left to right.
- Page 7 Wrap Tubing in Cleaning Bag 8) Make sure the zipper “pull tab” is lifted upward against the tube. Then pull the Velcro strap downward behind the tube. 9) Once the strap is wrapped around the tube, pull it back towards the closed zipper “pull tab” and secure it in place.

- Page 9 Do not attempt to clean CPAP Device in cleaning bag. Once you have placed the PAP accessories in the cleaning bag, properly zip the bag closed, secure the CPAP tube in place and con- nect the tube to the ozone generator, then turn the device “On”.
- Page 10 Heated Tubing & Travel Tubing If you have a CPAP with a heated tube or a Travel CPAP using a specialized tube, simply use the included short CPAP tube as a conduit between the ozone generator and the cleaning bag.

Limited Warranty • PAP Clean offers a 24 Month Warranty on the ozone device, begin- ning on the date of purchase. Accessories carry a 90 day warranty. Keep a copy of your proof of purchase for warranty replacement. • The warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and/or from improper use. -
