Temp - Decreases temperature, or Timer/Clock setting hours. MODE Selects the mode of operation (AUTO, COOL, DRY, FAN, HEAT). Activates/deactivates the ECO function. REMOTE CONTROL Replacement of Batteries Remove the battery cover plate from the rear of the remote control, by sliding it in the direction of the arrow. Install the batteries according to the direction (+ and -) shown on the Remote Control. Reinstall the battery cover by sliding it into place.
