a. Why is there no video output?
1. Please check the connection.
2. Please use standard HDMI/VGA cable.
3. The automatic screen casting link will take about 10 seconds, please wait patiently.
4. Please check if your Mobile phone/computer supports video output.
5. Please make sure the HDMI or VGA monitor has selected the correct input source.
b. Why is there no audio output from HDMI port?
1. Please make sure that there is audio output function on the monitor.
2. Please set the external monitor as default audio output device.
c. How to re-pair?
1. Supply power to the receiver and press 5 seconds to enter pairing mode, then the
screen will show „wait for pairing."
2. After connecting the transmitter to devices for 20 seconds, press 5 seconds to enter
pairing mode
3. It takes 5-15 seconds to match automatically when transmitter and receiver enter
pairing mode simultaneously.
4. After the pairing is successful, you will be prompted that the pairing is successful.

Verbatim warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for
a period of 2 years from date of purchase.
This warranty excludes batteries. If this product is found to be defective within the
warranty period, it will be replaced at no cost to you. You may return it with your original
cash register receipt to the place of purchase or contact Verbatim.
Product replacement is your sole remedy under this warranty, and this warranty does
not apply to normal wear or to damage resulting from abnormal use, misuse, abuse,
neglect or accident, or to any incompatibility or poor performance due to the specific
computer software or hardware used.
VERBATIM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS OR ANY INCIDENTAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED, FOR BREACH
OF WARRANTIES OR OTHERWISE.
