Page 5: General Door Panel Dismounting
General door panel dismounting This is a generic mounting instruction. The approach is similar to all of the described car models. Some screws and clips may be placed differently and depending on your car model (see specific car models on the following page). Remove the trim panel by using a PRY tool: Remove the window control panel using PRY tool. -

Installation S90/V90 Dismount door panel Remove the trim panel by using a PRY tool. Start at 1) and move towards 2). Behind the trim panel are two 7mm bolts located. Remove screw. Change speakers Remove the woofer by unscrewing the T20 Torx. Unplug the speaker harnesses. Use the OEM screws to fix the new DLS woofer. Make sure that the new DLS woofer is properly fixed and don’t touch the surrounding plastic. -
Page 9: Reasemble Door Panel
Reassembly door Connect all plugs to the door cover, reconnect the unlocking device, place the door cover from the top, by the window seal and push it gently down. Make sure the clips are in place and can engage. Give the door panel a push by the hand to attach to the clips. -
