6.6 Troubleshooting
If the actions suggested fail to fix the problem reoccurs, and your device is within the
warranty period, please return it to Aduro.
DO NOT attempt to investigate any further.
DO NOT attempt to modify the device in any way. The device has NO parts you can
repair yourself.
Problem
The device doesn't
switch on.
The device switches
off unexpectedly .

Cause
The device is not fully charged
because the charging cable
was not properly inserted into
the power outlet.
The device is not fully charging
because the charging cable
was not properly inserted into
the device.
The power outlet didn't work
during charging.
The on/off button has not
been pushed 1.5 second.
The battery level is too low.
Solution
Insert the charging cable
properly onto the power
outlet.
Insert the charging cable
correctly into the device and
charge the device.
Try a different 5V adapter or
power outlet.
Push the on/off button for 1.5
seconds straight.
Charge the device.
