3. 久坐提醒键功能
按下久坐提醒键（左侧侧键） ，可以开启/关闭久坐提醒，开启后会设置久坐提醒计时界面
设置久坐提醒时间，若未设置久坐提醒时间，默认开启久坐提醒时间为 30min。若久坐提醒开启，升降的过程中会
显示高度，停止升降 3s 后则显示久坐提醒计时界面。
4. 久坐提醒功能
通过主菜单久坐提醒界面
，按下返回键或无操作 3 秒返回至当前子菜单对应主菜单。在确认久坐提醒时间后有确认图示
，并返回高度显示，时间到后交替显示
下停止。若上升至 100cm 以上时会将久坐提醒计时清零，降至 100cm 以下后重新计时。

- Page 2 5. 手控器锁功能 通过主菜单手控器锁界面 进入子菜单选择开启 或关闭手控器锁 ，开启手控器锁之 后通过图示 返回高度显示， 高度显示右上角出现小锁图示提示开启手控器锁， 无操作 10 秒后进入锁模式， 屏幕只显示居中的锁图示 ，按下任意键后出现解锁图示 ，按照图示按键顺序解锁可返回至高度 显示画面，解锁过程中 5s 不操作会返回高度界面。 6. 上下限位功能 通过主菜单手控器上下限位界面 进入子菜单。通过拨片翻页选择设置当前位置作为上或下限位 或同时取消设置过的上下限位 ，这个过程需要 5s 左右时间，过程有图示 ，结 果有图示提醒 。 7. 手控器震动模式选择功能 通过主菜单手控器震动选择界面 进入子菜单，共有两种震动方式选择（用于久坐提醒） ，分别为三短 一长 和均匀震动 。在子菜单相应界面有对应震动演示，震动 3s。子菜单中可以选择关闭震动 。 8. 低功耗功能 如果控制器开启了低功耗功能，10s 未操作会进入低功耗，手控器显示...
