Confirm there are no personnel within the working area of the winch. Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) Cardiac pacemakers are known to be susceptible to strong electromagnetic fields. The electromagnetic interference created by the dynamic braking process can constitute a mortal danger to users of implanted pacemakers. -
