Maintenance And Cleaning; Environment Protection - Jata JEOL2135 Instructions Of Use

• The cleaning and maintenance done by users, cannot be done
by children without any supervision, unless they are over 8
years and they are under supervision.
• If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or by its after-sales service or similar qualified
personnel in order to avoid a danger.
INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
Before the first use, clean the recipient and the lid.
• Plug the appliance to the mains and select with the program selector (4) the desired type of cooking:
- Position 0: Off.
- Program 1: 90º C – 8 h.
The temperature gradually increases until it reaches 90 ºC in 8 hours and remains constant. Note: It
does not turn off automatically.
- Program 2: 90º C – 4 h.
The temperature gradually increases until it reaches 90 ºC in 4 hours and remains constant. Note: It
does not turn off automatically.
- Program 3: Maintains the temperature at approximately 75-80 ºC
• When the pilot light (5) is in operation, it shall be illuminated.
• The lid should be on during cooking to maintain the proper temperature.
• The appliance will not switch off automatically, to do it, place the program selector (4) at its off position, the
pilot light (5) will be switched off, and unplug from the mains.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

• Before cleaning the appliance ensure it is unplugged from the mains and wait for the heating element and
the recipient to be cold.
• Clean the accessories with soap and water and then rinse carefully afterwards.
• Use a dampened cloth to clean the main body.
• Do not use abrasive or chemical products, metallic scourers, which may deteriorate the surfaces of the
appliance.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION

• Dispose the appliance according to the local garbage regulations.
• Never throw it away to the rubbish. So you will help to the improvement of the environment.
