Attic Lift recommends hiring a licensed electrician for this procedure. 1. Determine where to install your Majic Attic Lift. Install your lift with at least one bay between the stairs/ladder and lift, preferably two. This leaves you enough room to move your items onto and off of the lift basket.
MAJIC ATTIC LIFT PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS Cutting a Hole for the Lift DANGER • Always be certain that there are no wires, gas lines, or fixtures where you are cutting. If you are unsure, consult a contractor. • The end block has to be true and square in order to properly operate the lift.
