LC/UPC duplex fiber optic connectors. Detectors used in vacuum need different optical cables. For information about vacuum cables, refer to the vacuum ® feedthrough set specifications or contact DECTRIS support. 5.6.1. Installing the Cables The fiber optic cables come with a pulling eye to make cable installation easier and a cable sock to protect the connectors.
Do not add any component other than those supplied by DECTRIS to the cooling circuit. Using the wrong material in the ® cooling circuit leads to galvanic corrosion, which can permanently damage the detector. Contact DECTRIS support at support@dectris.com in case the supplied components are not compatible with your setup.
