    DEMONTAGE- UND MONTAGEANLEITUNG 5.1 DEMONTAGE Sicherungsring (2) demontieren. Topf (3) abheben. Kugelschaltkupplung (1) unter der Presse (P) fest fi xieren. Hülse (H) auf Tellerfeder (6) stellen. Bedienungsanleitung und UVV des Pressenherstellers beachten!

Presse (P) lösen. Sonderwerkzeug (H) entnehmen. Aufnahmedorn (A) in Schraubstock spannen und Kugelschaltkupplung (1) mit Flanschseite nach unten auf den Aufnah- medorn (A) schieben.

    DEMONTAGE- UND MONTAGEANLEITUNG Umwelt: Schmierstoff e gelangen in die Umwelt. Umweltverschmutzung: Schmierstoff e in geeigneten Behältern auff angen, lagern und ordnungs- gemäß entsorgen. 5.2 MONTAGE Alle Teile reinigen und auf Beschädigungen prüfen, ggf. austauschen. Alle Kupplungsteile vor der Montage neu einfetten. Nabe (13) auf Aufnahmedorn (A) setzen.

Druckscheibe (9) so aufsetzen, dass der Schwalbenschwanz zwischen den An- schlägen der Schaltscheibe (11) sitzt. Bei ausgetauschten Komponenten muss das Schaltspiel geprüft werden. Durch Druck mit dem Daumen auf die Druck- scheibe (9) und bei gleichzeitigem Anheben der Schaltscheibe (11) mit dem Zeigefi nger, ist das Schaltspiel zu ermitteln.
  • Page 24 DEMONTAGE- UND MONTAGEANLEITUNG Schaltfedern (7 u. 8) mit der inneren Feder (8) beginnend aufziehen. Vorsicht Federn (7) und (8) stehen unter hoher Vorspannung! Sicherheitsvorschriften beachten. Einbaulage der Schaltfedern (8 und 7) beachten. Tellerfedern (6) in korrekter Schichtlage aufsetzen. Einbaulage der Tellerfedern (6) beachten.
  • Page 25 DEMONTAGE- UND MONTAGEANLEITUNG Stützscheiben (5) einsetzen. Werden Passscheiben zur Spielein- stellung verwendet, so ist auf die Einbau-lage zu achten. Die Passscheiben müssen zwischen den Stützscheiben (5) verbaut werden. Kugelschaltkupplung (1) unter Presse (P) fi xieren. Hülse (H) auf Tellerfeder (6) stellen. Bedienungsanleitung und UVV des Pressenherstellers beachten! Tellerfedern (6) soweit herunterdrücken...
  • Page 26 DEMONTAGE- UND MONTAGEANLEITUNG Kugelschaltkupplung auf Aufnahmedorn (A) setzen. Neben der Grundschmierung der Kugelschaltkupplung zusätzlich Bereich der Tellerfedern mit ca. 30 g Fett einfetten. Topf (3) aufsetzen. Sicherungsring (2) montieren.
  • Page 27 DEMONTAGE- UND MONTAGEANLEITUNG Wartung: Kupplung alle 250Bh (1x pro Saison) mit max. 20g. (ca. 10 Hübe Fett) einfetten. Hierzu die Verschlussschraube (17) entfernen und durch Schmiernippel M6 ersetzen. Nach dem Einfetten, Schmiernippel wieder entfernen und die Bohrung mit der Verschlussschraube verschließen. Die K62-Abschaltkupplungen sind bei einer Drehzahl von 2,5 U/min der vorgegebenen Drehrichtung auf das geforderte Drehmoment zu prüfen.

    DISMANTLING AND ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 5.1 DISMANTLING Remove the retaining ring (2). Lift off the safety cover (22). Fix the clutch (1) securely under the press (P). Place the sleeve (H) on the plate spring (6). Observe the Operating Instructions and accident prevention regulations of the press manufacturer! Compress the plate springs (6) with the sleeve (approx 54 kN) until the retaining...

Environmental pollution: Catch and store lubricants in suitable containers and dispose of them correctly. 5.2 ASSEMBLY Clean all parts, check them for damage, and replace them if necessary. Re-grease all clutch parts prior to assembly. Place the hub (13) onto the clamp arbor (A).

Fit the shifting ring (9) in such a way that the dovetail sits between the stops of the shifting plate (11). Check the shifting play of replaced components! Observe the safety regulations. Pay attention to the installation position of the shifting springs (8 and 7). Fit the plate springs (6) in the correct order.

The shims must be fi tted between the supporting rings (5). Fix the clutch (1) under the press (P). Place the sleeve (H) on the plate spring (6).
  • Page 50 DISMANTLING AND ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Place the clutch on the clamp arbor (A). In addition to the basic greasing of the clutch, additionally lubricate the area of the plate springs with approx. 30 g grease. Fit the safety cover ( 3). Fit the retaining ring (2).
  • Page 51 DISMANTLING AND ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Maintenance: Grease clutch every 250 service hours (1x per season) with 20g. (max 10 strockes of grease). For this purpose remove bolt (17) and replace by lubricating nipple M6. After greasing, remove lubricating nipple and plug bore with bold (17). K62 cut-out clutches must be tested for the required torque at a speed of 2.5 rpm in the specified direction of rotation.
