i n some cases, functional problems may be due to lack of basic maintenance or to
incorrect procedures when starting the machine and, in such cases, may be easily solved
without the need for a service call.

@ The programme selector dial
is not set correctly
@ The On/Off switch has not
been switched on (pilot light

> Close the door
> Fit the plug into the wall
socket
> Have the fuse replaced if it
has blown

required

@ THE DRYER DOES
NOT DRY PROPERLY
@ The filter is clogged
@ Insufficient drying time
@ Excessive laundry load
@ The dryer is not correctly in-
stalled
> Clean
the filter after each
drying operation
> Carry out an extra drying
phase
> Reduce the laundry load
» Check to see installation is in
accordance with instructions
(see pages 7 and 8). In partic-
ular, check efficiency of air-
intake louvres and of the con-
densation vents.

Please make sure you give
the model and serial number
of
the
appliance.
This

the rating plate, or on the
guarantee certificate.

Servicé Force Centres.
In-guarantee
customers
should ensure that the above
checks have been made as the
engineer will make a charge if
the fault is not a mechanical or
electrical breakdown.
