TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The product will not turn on.
The product emits a strange sound.
The microphone is not picking up any
sound.
Microphone is whistling.
Unable to connect via Bluetooth.
Unable to read USB drive or SD card.
Unable to charge.
When playing music, there is no original
vocals.
Solution
Ensure both the microphone and speaker
are fully charged before using.
The batteries may be low. Ensure both
the microphone and speaker are fully
charged before using.
Ensure the microphone is turned on and
the volume has been turned up.
Do not place the powered microphone
close to or facing the speaker.
Remove any devices connected via USB,
Aux or SD card. Try reconnecting
Bluetooth device.
Ensure the USB/SD card contain music
in MP3 format.
Try charging again using a different USB
cable or power adapter.
• Long press the "EFF" button on the
microphone.
• Short press the power button on the
speaker.
