- Page 10 五、 操作说明 预热脉冲： 在点焊之前， 短暂加热电极使其达到预定温度。 （ 默认2ms最 佳。 ） 主脉冲： 点焊过程中， 设备会输出一个短暂的高能量脉冲， 以产生足够的 焊接热量， 同时避免电极过热和过大的电流使材料烧穿或融化。 （ 根据实 际情况， 调节主脉冲大小， 大了直接焊穿， 小了焊不牢） 间隔时间： 为了避免热过程过长， 电极过热和过早撤离接头， 需要设置点 焊脉冲之间的时间间隔， 以保证焊接成功率和焊接质量。 （ 在凹凸的表面， 在预热脉冲软化材料后， 可能间隔时间不足， 导致镍带没贴紧电池表面） 连点次数： 用来加固焊点作用， 焊笔接触后会连续焊接N次， 默认为1， 焊 接厚镍片的时候可以适当更改连点次数， 达到加固焊点左右， 但是并不能 突破最大焊接厚度。...
