Pad cooling for wall inlets is available in modules that fit one or more wall inlets in blocks. The plastic pad is very robust, UV resistant and easy to clean. Hence, no special water quality requirements are required. DA 150B-S pad cooling is used when a high cooling capacity is required and wet housing equipment surfaces are not acceptable. -

DA 150B-S Pad Cooling 3 Mounting guide Check that the ordered parts are present and undamaged before starting assembly. Please read through the entire guide before starting assembly and fitting. If the pad cooling is installed in areas with risk of load of snow or ice/snow slide, precau- tions must be made to avoid damage to the pad cooling modules. -

DA 150B-S Pad Cooling 3.10.1 Gluing instructions See safety data sheet for Tangit glue. Cut the pipe in a right angle and deburr the pipe. The areas to be glued must be clean and dry. Clean the ends of the pipe on the outside and the assembly parts on the inside with cleaning fluid included in the glue kit. Al- ways use a new cloth. - Page 23 DA 150B-S Pad Cooling Clean all surfaces to be glued thoroughly with cleaning fluid. Fill the joints (on both sides) and the end piece com- pletely with Tangit glue. Refer to the general instructions for handling Tangit glue. Observe the curing time, for example, 4 min. at 20°C.

DA 150B-S Pad Cooling 5 Start-up test Make sure all locks are secured before use. Adjust float valve to the desired water level by turning adjusting screw. The maximum water level must not exceed 20 cm when measured from the bottom of the gutter. -

DA 150B-S Pad Cooling 6 Maintenance instructions During cold periods when pad cooling is not used, the pump, piping, and gutter system must be emptied to prevent frost damage. You can add antifreeze if the pump cannot be completely drained. -

DA 150B-S Pad Cooling 6.1 Recommended routines Clean the pump filter at least once a week, more often, if you want to prevent the ingress of foreign bodies into the water system. After each batch, check for dry areas on the pads when the system is in operation and clean the distributor pipe if necessary. -
