    1. INTRODUCTION The 16A EVSE DSD Portable Charger is a device in charge of energy management for charging electric vehicles. The device has several modules, the first one is in charge of controlling the relays that are connected to the electrical network that will feed the vehicle and the control and monitoring system that will be in charge of managing the load.
