Brewing Preparation ⚫ Position the device on a sturdy, secure, and horizontal support structure at the appropriate height before use. ⚫ Note that a full vessel can contain boiling hot liquids and weigh up to 40kg. For transfer pumping during the brewing process, maintain a horizontal positioning of up to 50L and 50kgs.
