Then press the button on the front of the sharpener to make the grinding wheel contact the blade for about 1-2 seconds, then release the button (as shown in Figure COUTION: To prevent the blade from becoming blunt or even unable to cut meat, gently press the front sharpening button for about 1 second when sharpening the blade, and the maximum time should not exceed 2 seconds.
