Replacement filters can be purchased on our Clear website at www.clear2o.com. ® 2) The actual capacity of any filter may vary from the rated capacity. This may be due to the volume of contaminants or sediments present in your local water supply. - Page 4 2) If the unit is to be used outdoors, install Outdoor water hose fittings (included on CSC100S) on inlet and outlet side of filter system. To prevent leaks, apply Teflon plumbers tape to threads and tighten using wrench.
- Page 5 Quick Easy Installation – CSC100B with Mounting Bracket 1) The unit should arrive with internal fittings installed external fittings should be installed as follows. 2) If the unit is to be used indoors, install ½ in water hose fittings (included on CSC100B) on inlet and outlet side of filter system.
- Page 6 7) NOTE: The canister has a thin O-Ring seal located at the top of the canister housing that seals the canister housing to the canister top. This must be in place within the associated groove to prevent leaks. TIP: it is often helpful to apply a small amount of silicone lubricant to prevent the seal from sticking or becoming dislodged during installation/removal.

Filter Replacement 1) Replacement Filters can be purchased at www.clear2o.com 2) IMPORTANT: Turn off water at spigot and depress Pressure Relief valve to release pressure from canister prior to any attempt to remove housing. -

5) Remove filter and check to see if filter gaskets are also removed. 6) Remove wrapping and insert replacement filter into canister insuring that top and bottom gaskets remain securely in place during installation. Guide Canister/Filter on to Canister top and turn clockwise to tighten. It is recommended to hand tighten securely. -
