    Therefore, FREQUENCY sets the maximum external pulse frequency (minimum pulse-to-pulse interval), and NUMBER OF PULSES sets the maximum number of pulses per second.   • Page 14: Triggering The Generator

    (see Fig.5). So, the external triggering pulse works as an enable signal. The HV pulses are generated continuously while the triggering pulse level is high. This is the simplest way to get externally triggered burst mode. The single pulse mode is possible for the external triggering only.  MEGAIMPULSE LTD.
